See which project makes money, in one Odoo.
Intake, quotes, projects, timesheets and invoicing in one system. Every request, file and hour sits on the project, so status and price are never guesswork.
Four problems we see in most service firms.
On the left, a normal month. On the right, the Odoo app that ends it.
New projects start without a proper intake.
CRM + intake formEvery request asks for scope, budget and deadline before anyone starts.
Files and decisions are scattered across chats and emails.
ProjectOne project view: tasks, emails, files and decisions on the record.
Nobody knows what to charge.
Timesheets + SalesReal hours per task show what the work costs, so the next quote is based on facts.
A status update takes half a day of chasing people.
Project + portalStatus, hours and open tasks on one screen, and clients can check it themselves.
Six steps, one record, nothing retyped.

Every request starts with a proper intake.
Enquiries from your website form and email land in one pipeline, with scope, budget and deadline asked up front. Nobody has to remember who calls back.
- An intake form on your website
- The full client history in one place
- A lead becomes a quote in one click
Quotes from templates, signed online.
Your team builds the quote from a template with options. The client accepts and signs in the browser.
- Optional items and variants
- Online signature and payment
- The signed quote creates the project
The signed quote becomes a planned project.
Tasks, milestones and budget come from the quote. For on-site work, Field Service puts each visit on a map and on the technician's phone.
- Kanban, Gantt and list views
- See who is free before you promise a date
- Checklists and signatures on site
Hours logged on the task, not on Friday.
Your team starts a timer on the task or logs time on the phone. The manager approves, and the hours are ready to invoice.
- A timer on every task
- Approval by the project manager
- Hours against the budget, live
Client requests in one queue, not one inbox.
Emails, forms and portal requests become tickets with a deadline. When someone is away, the team sees the full history.
- Response times per client (SLA)
- Tickets from email and the client portal
- Time on tickets can be billed too
Invoiced from hours, milestones or a fixed fee.
One click turns approved hours or finished milestones into an itemised invoice. In Poland it goes out as a KSeF e-invoice. What goes wrong with KSeF in practice
- Recurring invoices for retainers
- Margin per project and per client
- Invoices visible in the client portal
Courses, members and trainers in one Odoo.
A fitness studio with courses in the studio and online, a membership and a team of trainers and assistants. Booking, the course platform, questionnaires and invoices each ran in a separate tool, with its own login and its own emails. Now clients, courses, payments and hours live in one Odoo.
Named with permission. Figures about Adrillnalin's business stay private; the numbers here describe the project.

Only need a landing page? One page for one offer, built in Odoo, for 750 EUR net.
Let’s talk* BAFA funds only the advisory part: 3,500 EUR per advisory project, one project in Quick Start and Standard, two in Growth and Complete. Western states and Berlin receive 50% (1,750 EUR per project); Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia receive 80% (2,800 EUR per project). Example Quick Start: 4,000 EUR minus 1,750 EUR is 2,250 EUR, in the eastern states 4,000 EUR minus 2,800 EUR is 1,200 EUR. You pay our invoice in full, and BAFA refunds the grant after the advisory report is submitted. The advisory is vendor-neutral, with its own written report, and you decide afterwards who builds. The build itself is not funded. Outside Germany the price before funding applies.
Net prices plus VAT. Bigger projects are priced in stages after the workshop. Odoo licences are separate. After go-live: support plans from 490 EUR a month, visibility on top from 149 EUR. See funding.
Questions service firms ask us.
Longer answers on the FAQ page.
How does invoicing from timesheets work?
Your team logs time on the task, a manager approves it, and one click creates the invoice with tasks and hours itemised. You can also bill by milestone or as a fixed monthly fee.
Can we see the margin per client and project?
Yes, live: revenue minus the cost of hours, materials and expenses, filtered by client, project, salesperson or period. No waiting for month end, no rebuilding it in Excel.
Will Odoo replace Jira, Asana or Monday?
For most service firms, yes. Odoo Project has Kanban, Gantt, tasks and subtasks, and it is connected to your invoicing. If your team lives in Jira, we connect the two instead.
Does it work for technicians on the road?
Yes. Field Service shows the job, the checklist and the materials on the phone. The client signs on site, and the job can be invoiced the same day.
Do our clients have to install anything?
No. The client portal runs in the browser. Your clients see their own projects, tickets and invoices, and you decide what is visible.
Can we move our data from HubSpot or Pipedrive?
Yes. We import contacts, companies, activity history, open deals and notes, and check the numbers with you before go-live.
