Till, kitchen, web shop and stock in one Odoo.
Odoo Point of Sale runs on a tablet, laptop or till and keeps selling when the internet drops. Every sale takes stock off the shelf and lands in your reports. We set it up for how your shop or restaurant actually works.
Four problems at most counters.
On the left, a normal busy day. On the right, the Odoo app that ends it.
The till says one thing, the stockroom says another.
Point of Sale + InventoryEvery sale takes stock off the moment it is paid.
The web shop sells what is no longer on the shelf.
Point of Sale + eCommerceCounter, tables and website sell from one stock.
Orders get lost between the table and the kitchen.
POS RestaurantThe order goes from the table straight to the kitchen screen.
You know the takings, but not the margin.
POS reportsSales and margin by product, hour and cashier on one screen.
Six steps, one system, nothing typed twice.

Take the order where the guest is.
Staff take orders on a tablet or phone at the table, or at the counter. The floor plan shows which tables are open and what they ordered.
- Floor plans and tables
- Notes for the kitchen on every line
- Shops use the same till without the floor plan
The kitchen sees the order, not a scribbled note.
Orders go to the kitchen screen or the kitchen printer of the right station, so drinks go to the bar and food to the kitchen. The floor sees what is ready.
- Kitchen screen or kitchen printer
- Separate stations, for example bar and kitchen
- Order status visible to the floor staff
Paid in seconds, however the guest wants.
Card terminal, cash or both on one bill. The receipt prints or goes out by email, and a customer who needs an invoice gets one from the same order.
- Payment terminals connected to the till
- Split the bill between guests
- Invoice from the receipt when the customer asks
Guests order and pay themselves.
A kiosk at the entrance or a QR code on the table opens your menu. The order goes to the kitchen like any other and uses the same prices and stock as the till.
- Kiosk or menu on the guest's own phone
- Photos, options and extras per product
- Pay when ordering or at the end
Stock that matches the shelf.
Every sale reduces stock right away, in the shop and online. Reordering rules suggest the next purchase before a bestseller runs out.
- One stock for tills, web shop and stockroom
- Reordering rules per product and location
- Stock counts on a phone or tablet
Give people a reason to come back.
Loyalty points, vouchers, gift cards and promotions work at the till and in the web shop, because it is one customer record.
- Loyalty cards and points
- Gift cards and discount codes
- Customer history visible at the till
Every country has its own till rules.
We set up what your country requires before the first receipt, not after the first inspection.
TSE included
Odoo's German certification modules, one for shops and one for restaurants, sign every sale with a cloud TSE from fiskaly.
KassenSichV with fiskaly, no TSE box needed
Black box for restaurants
For the certified restaurant till, Odoo connects the government fiscal data module through the IoT box.
FDM connected through the IoT box
Fiscal printer and KSeF
A receipt must come from a fiscal printer or till. Odoo needs an add-on module for it, licensed per connected device, fiscal printer or payment terminal: PLN 1,499 net once per device. It runs on Odoo 18 and 19 on Odoo.sh or your own server, not on Odoo Online. Invoices go to KSeF like any other Odoo invoice.

All case studiesOne location first, then the next.
You see your own products on the Odoo till before you sign, and you pay by milestone.
Three more Odoo demos for shops and restaurants.
Official Odoo videos. On the call we show the same screens with your products.

Let’s talk* BAFA funds only the advisory part: 3,500 EUR per advisory project, one project in Quick Start and Standard, two in Growth and Complete. Western states and Berlin receive 50% (1,750 EUR per project); Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia receive 80% (2,800 EUR per project). Example Quick Start: 4,000 EUR minus 1,750 EUR is 2,250 EUR, in the eastern states 4,000 EUR minus 2,800 EUR is 1,200 EUR. You pay our invoice in full, and BAFA refunds the grant after the advisory report is submitted. The advisory is vendor-neutral, with its own written report, and you decide afterwards who builds. The build itself is not funded. Outside Germany the price before funding applies.
Net prices plus VAT. Bigger projects are priced in stages after the workshop. Odoo licences and hardware are separate. After go-live: support plans from 490 EUR a month, visibility on top from 149 EUR. See funding.
Questions shops and restaurants ask us.
Longer answers on the FAQ page.
Does the till work without internet?
Yes. Odoo Point of Sale keeps selling offline and sends the orders to Odoo when the connection is back.
Can we keep our hardware?
Often, yes. Odoo runs in the browser on tablets, laptops and many tills. Receipt printers, scanners, scales and cash drawers connect directly or through the Odoo IoT box. We check your devices on the call.
We have several shops. Is that one system?
Yes. Each shop has its own till and stock location in the same Odoo, and you see the sales of every location on one screen.
Which card terminals work?
Odoo connects several payment terminal providers directly, depending on the country. If yours is not one of them, the terminal can still run next to the till. We check it on the call.
Do the web shop and the shop share stock?
Yes. Website, till and stockroom sell from the same stock, so an item sold at the counter is no longer offered online.
Show us one busy day. See it in Odoo.
30 minutes. Tell us how a sale runs today, from the counter or the table to the end-of-day report, and we walk you through it in Odoo.
