Where should your Odoo run?
The same Odoo runs in three places: Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or a private server run by us. They differ in who looks after the servers, how far you can adapt Odoo and what it costs. We work on all three and tell you which one fits.

Net prices. Every package includes backups every 24 hours and hosting support Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 16:30 CET. The Odoo Enterprise licence is not included: on a private server you can also run Odoo Community without licence fees. Your own server room instead of ours: we install and run Odoo on your hardware, priced individually.

Which model do you recommend?
It depends on your company and your customers. Odoo Online is excellent and we recommend it often, with two exceptions: you need modules of your own, or you invoice companies in Poland. KSeF has many functions and Odoo Online covers only the basics, so for B2B in Poland we advise against it. The solution is Odoo.sh or a private server with our KSeF module.
Can we start small and move later?
Yes. A database on Odoo Online can move to Odoo.sh or to a private server when your needs grow. We plan the move and run it.
Is there a free option?
Yes. Odoo's One App Free plan gives you one app plus the apps it needs, with unlimited users and hosting included. For example, eCommerce brings the website and invoicing with it.
Does your hosting include the Odoo licence?
No. Odoo Community needs no licence. Odoo Enterprise on our server or on Odoo.sh needs the Custom plan, billed by Odoo per user.
Who owns the system and the data?
You do, on all three models. You can take a full copy of your database with you at any time.
How does Odoo protect our data?
Odoo encrypts data at rest and in transit and aims for 99.9% uptime. It publishes the details: SLA, security, privacy policy with hosting locations and GDPR.
What about Polish KSeF e-invoicing?
For B2B in Poland: Odoo.sh or a private server with our KSeF module. Odoo Online has KSeF only in its basic form, so we advise against it for companies that invoice other companies. Our module also runs on Odoo 15 to 18 and Community. E-invoicing
