Your process first, then Odoo in stages.
We never start a build without a conversation. You get scope and price in writing, pay per milestone, and keep one team after go-live.
Four stages, scope fixed before we build.
You see your own process in Odoo before you sign.
Call
You show us how work flows today. We tell you honestly whether Odoo fits.
Workshop
We map your process and show it in Odoo, on your own examples.
Setup and testing
We configure the apps and import your data. You test the whole cycle on your own numbers.
Go-live and training
We switch you over and train every role, with documentation in your language.
Typical timings, not a promise before we have seen your company. The workshop sets your real dates.
What we need from you
Pay per milestone, not up front.
A full Odoo implementation is paid in four parts. Each invoice is due in 14 days.
Packages: Start 4,000, Core 9,500 and Complete 19,500 EUR net. In Germany BAFA funds the advisory part (50% in western states and Berlin, 80% in eastern states), never the build. BAFA advisory is invoiced after the report, with no advance. Smaller jobs are paid in one or two parts.
Move your data once, and check it.
Products, customers, price lists, open orders and opening stock, imported and checked with you before go-live.
From spreadsheets: 7 signs spreadsheets cost you more than an ERP. From another system: Odoo vs Comarch Optima, Odoo vs enova365, Odoo vs Symfonia.
- Qualenica: the product catalogue imported with lots and bills of material.
- Adrillnalin: data from three sources merged into one system.
- A later Odoo version upgrade is its own project, roughly every three years, priced per module.
Connected to what you already use.
Our team builds the connectors, so nobody retypes orders or invoices.
When standard Odoo is not enough.
We build what your process needs and keep it maintained.
One team after go-live.
We help you choose where Odoo runs, then keep it running.

What owners ask before they commit.
Comparing partners? How to choose an Odoo partner: the checklist we would use ourselves
Do we have to start with a paid advisory project?
No. Most projects start with the free call and a written offer. A paid advisory project comes first when you need a precisely costed scope, for example for funding, or when there are too many moving parts for one conversation.
What if Odoo is not right for us?
Then we say so and do not sell you an implementation. You keep any analysis you paid for.
Can the price change after we sign?
Not for the agreed scope. Each stage has a fixed price in writing. If you want more, you get a quote before any work starts.
Who owns the system and the data?
You do, with or without a support plan. The NDA comes before we see anything.
Can any of this be funded?
In Germany BAFA funds the advisory part: 50% in western states and Berlin, 80% in eastern states. In Poland a project may qualify for Dig.IT. We prepare the file, but never guarantee an award. Funding
