Excel and seven tools, replaced by one Odoo.
Regulated production with cold storage and batch tracking, run on Excel and seven separate tools. We moved it to one Odoo: production, lots with FEFO, customer portal, eCommerce, sales and invoicing. Product data came across with lot numbers, bills of material and reordering rules.
Straight about scope: accounting was not part of this project. We built what the floor needed first.

Magis Pharma
Through mergers and acquisitions, Qualenica grew from a two-person company into the Magis Pharma group, today part of Medios AG, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. On the same system: from 2 to more than 40 users across 4 companies. We still build for them, one development after another.

Why are so few clients named?
We name a client only with their consent. Many of our projects stay private by agreement, and we keep it that way.
Why so few numbers?
We publish figures that describe the project, like tools replaced or products imported. Business figures such as sales stay private unless the owner shares them, as Karol did.
Did you run Qualenica's accounting?
No. Accounting was not in scope at that time. We implemented invoicing as part of sales, not a full finance suite. At FSA Chemicals, accounting does run inside Odoo.
Will my company become a case study?
Only if you want it to, with your written consent and in the wording you approve. Your project stays your business.
